Newsletters and Email Strategy.

 
 

Since I started at Nielsen, I’ve been instrumental in defining the company’s global email marketing strategy. From curating content for two global newsletters and reviewing copy for individual sends to designing A/B tests and reviewing metrics, I’ve continually worked to optimize emails and maximize engagement with the company’s digital content. I’ve used SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Litmus and Google Analytics to measure success.

Nielsen Newswire Newsletter.

Since joining the company, I’ve worked with a small and agile team to define the strategy for this weekly global newsletter. Using open rates and click-through rates as metrics of success, I’ve designed A/B test for subject lines, content length, send dates, calls to action and more. Each week, I help to curate content from more than 100 markets around the world to drive engagement to nielsen.com.

Nielsen News Center Newsletter.

With the launch of Nielsen’s News Center blog in 2016, I defined the goals and strategy for this global newsletter. Each month, I select content from the blog and press mentions to highlight the company’s achievements. I review copy, design A/B tests and review metrics to improve each send.
